What an AI operating system does for a business
Most businesses have AI tools. Few have a system around them. An AIOS gives the AI four things it doesn't have on its own.
| Layer | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Your business context | It knows what you sell, who your customers are and how you make decisions |
| Your live data | It reads your CRM, accounts, calendar and inbox, so its answers use real numbers |
| Commands for your work | Briefings, reports and drafts tuned to how your business runs |
| Automation | Jobs that run on a schedule, whether or not anyone is at a desk |
How a build runs
Three weeks, six working sessions with you. We set up your context, connect your main system, install the commands you'll use most and switch on a daily briefing on your phone. We hand over a runbook and a customisation guide at the end.
What it costs
From £4,500 plus VAT for one person. Teams, extra systems and custom agents are priced after a call. There's no monthly retainer: you own the system, and you pay only when you want more built.
Proof
We built and run the AI operating system for Al Sabah Services, a workforce services company in Basra, Iraq. Their leadership team uses an assistant connected to their email and records, with a daily briefing and dashboards built around how they work. It reads Arabic documents too.
